Star Team is a performance coaching programme that engages the whole team in:

• differentiating between high-value and low-value time
• feedback systems to drive higher performance
• turning mistakes into learning, and learning into earning
• building more rewarding relationships with clients
and colleagues
• developing a Star Plan for peak performance,
and implementing it

Star Team programmes are tailored. The key elements can be delivered in one or more workshops, and supported in a range of ways, including 1:1 coaching for the team leader. These key elements are:

• Diagnostics: including 180 feedback, team audit and psychometrics as required
• Performance review and goal-setting: facilitated team process
• Star Workshop: the principles of planning for peak performance
• Star Plan development: facilitated team meetings
