What do you do when the going gets tough? Fast Track is a high-impact programme for anyone who is running a business and concerned about performance.

Fast Track is pragmatic, urgent and effective. We work with you to understand the situation, set clear goals, and create a plan to achieve them. We are experienced business advisers and performance coaches, and we are rarely stumped by a business problem. There is usually a better way to do something, and we can help you find it.

Fast Track is tailored to each client, but will often start by focusing on three key levers: PRICE, VOLUME & COST (PVC). You have to decide which of them to pull, and in which direction (eg: price down / volume up / cost down).

Then we focus on the fourth key lever: PEOPLE. The team that has to implement a performance plan is usually the sales team, but not always.

We work this out with you, and with the team, and then help you put it into action. We support you with fortnightly performance reviews and further team meetings as required.

A 90-day programme might consist of:

Introductory meeting (no charge)
Diagnostics and business review (half-day meeting)
Team Workshop: Fast Track planning with the full team (half-day)
5 fortnightly Fast Track review sessions (90 minutes each, telephone or face to face)
Team Workshop: after 90 days... looking back / looking forward / what have we learned?
