Executive development & business leadership: short burst, sustained support, or both. One-to-one executive coaching provides a special kind of developmental support. We focus on you and your needs with a level of attention and commitment you will rarely, if ever, experience elsewhere. We are professionally qualified coaches. We work to an agreed plan with clear goals, usually in monthly sessions over a 6 or 12 month period. The first step is a 2-hour pathfinder meeting to discuss your goals and your current reality. There is no fee for this meeting. The next stage is diagnostics & goal-setting: usually two or three meetings over a few weeks, using a range of psychometrics and tools, including our Star Plan ® programme for brilliance and balance. This leads to a private diagnostic report, a statement of goals, and a coaching plan for a fixed number of sessions over 6 or 12 months. Fees: 1:1 coaching from £500/month. |
