Liz Nowlan is a specialist mentor for Start-Up and Owner-Managed businesses, and has helped over 350 early-stage businesses in the last five years. She has been in marketing and business development throughout her 25 year career, which included being Marketing Manager for a national retail fashion chain. She has worked with large companies and micro-businesses in many sectors, and is an SME Business Adviser in SW London. Liz is accredited as a Business Link Business Adviser under the Government Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI), a trained mentor, an adviser on Investors In People (IIP), and holds an MBA from Henley Management College. Peter Nowlan Peter Nowlanhas 25 years business experience, and was Managing Director of a Virgin production business and Group Marketing Director of a Granada retail division. Since 2000 he has specialised in performance coaching business teams and individual executives. He has studied coaching theory intensively, holds the Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the CIPD, has degrees in philosophy from Nottingham and Oxford, and also spent a year at the University of Paris. Peter is passionate about the effectiveness of coaching, which he describes as 'a management revolution already starting to happen'. He coaches teams and 1-to-1, and is an inspirational keynote speaker at big events. |
